The hotel is great and most of the staff is really nice. One thing I’ll regret forever is going to the Legendary Vacation Club meeting. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! They offered $500 voucher for another vacations only if we attended the 90 minutes meeting, no compromise. After being there for the whole 90 minutes and saying NO to the offer, Karla or Carla from Venezuela, was very disrespectful and angry. She sent us another employee, to whom we also said NO and so on with 2 more employees that followed him. In conclusion, I had the worst morning arriving to my dream hotel and starting my vacations. Various employees including Nestor, Lucas, Karla or Carla gave us different versions on how we will receive the voucher and after 6 days there, they gave us NOTHING. They promised we will receive it by email, yeah sure! I’m NEVER EVER going to another meeting like that, doesn’t matter what they offer me.

El trato del personal es excelente, los servicios son de primera calidad, la alimentación de un nivel muy alto. Excelente Hotel.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, el Personal muy amable y serviciales. Todo el personal estaba siempre alegre y animados. La propiedad es muy bonita sin embargo los cuartos y los restaurantes ameritan una remodelación.

El agua del alberca podría estar a mejor temperatura. Falta transporte accesible al Village Punta Cana, Restaurantes, Blue Mall y Tienda de Autoservicio.
