Great location and what a view! Would stay here again for sure

I am extremely disappointed with this booking. I specifically reserved a Deluxe Balcony Strip View room. The balcony was the most important feature to me and the main reason I chose this particular room. I even confirmed before booking that the room description specifically stated a balcony was included. Upon check-in, I was given a completely different room—no balcony and a parking lot view instead of a Strip view. When I went to the MGM front desk, I was told that because this was a privately owned suite, MGM could not assist with the room, complaints, maintenance, or correcting the reservation. Expedia was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, but I ultimately had to contact the suite owners/property management, who were extremely unresponsive. I still have not received a response. This was not simply a disappointing room. I booked and paid for specific advertised features that were not provided. I consider this extremely misleading and unacceptable. Had the room been accurately advertised, I would never have booked it. I will not book with this company again.
