We stayed for a week at B2. The staff were wonderful and were willing to help with anything you asked. Breakfast was included and we loved that part of our stay. The breakfast staff were always cheerful and paid close attention to every guest. Not to mention the atmosphere was wonderful in the library no matter if it was breakfast, dinner or an evening drink. The location was wonderful and quiet and minutes from the bus. We would definitely stay here when returning back to Zurich! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Muchas gracias !

While the hotel has a certain charm and some lovely common areas, our overall experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the price per night. The property feels dated and is clearly in need of better maintenance. However, our biggest issue was the comfort of the rooms. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we were only provided with one tiny pillow per person. We requested additional pillows several times, but they weren’t brought to our room until our last day. To make matters worse, housekeeping started very early in the morning and was incredibly loud, making it even harder to get a decent night’s sleep. Between the uncomfortable beds and the noise, we barely got any proper rest during our stay. The service also left a lot to be desired. For a hotel at this price point, we expected a much higher level of attention and hospitality. On a positive note, the little lounges and terrace, with their complimentary tea and coffee stations, were lovely and probably our favorite part of the property. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to our expectations or justify the price. With better maintenance, more comfortable rooms, and improved service, this hotel could be so much better. As it stands, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

Muy buena ubicación, súper limpio y el desayuno delicioso.
