Pros - Center of Tirana - Very nice staff that tries to help you whenever they can - Even though the parking is supposed to be 5€, they gave it us for free - Comfy beds, elegant and a pretty silent and chill experience Cons - Even though we asked for separated beds, we got a matrimonial one - The breakfast is the average one you would expect on an hotel. Definitely not something I expected on a 4* one. - Pool closed and spa prices were not on the description - At least the room we were assigned was nothing like the ones in the photos. The mobiliary was, even though clean, pretty old and there were several marks on it. We had no gel on the bathroom, only shampoo - The parking is something like a park-where-you-can like. You park on the street (slot reserved for the hotel) and, if they don't have any slot free, you park on a very small underground garage. A big car would have problems fitting there.

Excellent four-star hotel with great location in a new neighborhood of Tirana, yet close to the city center, highly comfortable and quiet rooms, very good breakfast, availability of parking garage, and absolutely amazing attentiveness and hospitality of hotel employees. Bravo!!!!
