While the lobby service at the hotel is good, the service on the rooftop is terrible; you have to go to the bar yourself for food and drinks, yet a 20% tip is MANDATORY, even though nothing is brought to your table, lounge chair, or the pool. Additionally, they have live music on Thursday nights, but on our last night there (a Thursday), the hotel manager shut the musicians down at 9 PM, even though service runs until 11 PM. We definitely won't be staying there again. The only redeeming quality of the rooftop is the view of downtown, but from what I saw, there are plenty of other options for enjoying that view.
