From the very first day, we were welcomed with a smile and felt that the entire team genuinely wanted us to feel at home. Although the team is very young, we were truly impressed by their kindness and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, including arranging several activities through the hotel, all of which went perfectly.
People are what make the difference, and without a doubt, this team was a very important part of our trip.
Thank you all for your attention, kindness, and willingness to help and for making us feel so welcome throughout the entire week. A special thank you to Ahmed, Nader and the rest of the team.
