The staff were unwelcoming, indifferent, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Cleanliness (7/10): Room cleanliness was acceptable but nothing more, and this score is highly generous on my part. Shuttle Service: I strongly advise future guests not to use the hotel’s transportation services. The management of this service feels highly exploitative. The vehicles provided were decades old, unhygienic, and had a very unpleasant odor. Save yourself the frustration and avoid making the same mistake. I cannot recommend this hotel.
