Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle
Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending.
Toilet is clog.
Never check in again on this hotel

Had to replace the TV to get it fixed. They did put a loaner TV in while repairs were on-going. The internet was absolute crap. Internet was out for a whole two days of my short stay. When internet did come back it was slow and weak signal.
I was actually shocked at all of this because in the past I have had decent stays, I mean the internet has went out in the past but not for over 48 hours. I never thought I would rely on the WWW as much as I go but that is the world we live in today, I do everything online, pay bills, invest, contact family and friends, without internet life is truly trying.
I will try La Grande again one more time in the future, but if I have disappointments I will be forced to seek other arrangements.
