El personal no es muy amable, las habitaciones son agradables

Since the start of our stay the staff made our experience delightful!! It was our first time ever staying at a Staypineapple hotel and we would absolutely go back when we get the chance. The two gentlemen at the reception stand gave us an extraordinary introduction and told us about what the hotel offers, including their free pineapple cookies and their complimentary drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The rooms were small but had a big view of the city, including the softest and fluffiest bedding. Staypineapple is a great location to stay because it's close to most of the popular attractions Chicago has to offer, including Magnificent Mile which is about a 10 minute walk and Cloud Gate which is a 5-10 minute walk. Overall me and my three teenage daughters loved the hotel and we felt safe staying at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay unforgettable!!

La habitacion que me dieron no era la que reservamos. Pagans por una habitation con vista à la ciudad y me dieron una para la parte traders del edificio eso no me hijo senator bien. Pedi que me cambiaran y me San una en un piso muy bajo con ventanas muy pequenas e incomodo.
