The room was great!! Very comfortable and spacious. I rated 4 stars because we had a problem with housekeeping, the first 3 days of our 8 night stay were great.but then they stopped cleaning out our room at all, even when I called specifically to ask for housekeeping service and went to the front desk to talk to the receptionist and ask for it. The housekeeping manager in a very bad attitude telling us that we had opted out of housekeeping ( which was a lie ) and that the front desk passed my request but didn’t had the time to make up the room. We didn’t even had toilet paper!!! The hotel is really beautiful and centrally located but I did not enjoy my final days for that matter. I talked to the hotel manager and was helpful but the housekeeping manager really rude with us. It is a shame that the hotel is very nice and all the employees very nice to us but the problem with the housekeeping issue made us not to enjoy our stay as we should have.

La habitación es muy cómoda, el personal muy amable y la ubicación es excelente si quieres ir a pie a visitar lugares emblemáticos.

El hotel está descuidado, parece viejo, el desayuno fue muy malo huevos quemados. Y nada de variedad.
Vale resaltar que las habitaciones son muy amplias, camas cómodas y un sillón muy bueno. Ojalá pudieran renovarlo sería una mejor experiencia.
