It was a pleasure to stay at The Pearl... the Staff are wonderfully professional and the meals were fine.

View from room was excellent; but would have preferred room on ground floor with pool access. Toilet door required attention, but remained the same post maintenance for the duration of our stay. Also, missed pre-booked activity due to door lock mechanism not working, so couldn’t get into our room! Although hotel paid for taxi to activity, all other activities planned were missed, through no fault of our own. On the day we left, there was low pressure, and no hot water available, so had cold showers before our departure to the airport. Although the staff at the Hotel were fantastic and most tried their best to make our stay comfortable, we felt let down by the room and cost. At that price, and the average experience we had, breakfast should have been included. I hope the Crowne Plaza Nadi, improves their hospitality.
