El wifi casi no funciona, la habitacion sale un hilo de agua a si q tardas muchas en ducharte, la picina el agua no muy limpia, el spa no habia nada que funcionara

We stayed for 4 nights and to us it's a clear 5 star rating. Rooms and facilities are very comfortable and clean, excellent food, staff is very very nice, great beachside location. Very good-looking facilities overall. Regarding the beachside experience, the area with beds and parasols is slightly elevated from the beach itself and the water, which provides a wall that "shields us" from the insisting vendors. This was a reason for us to choose this hotel and it turned out great. Also, the hotel has guards in the area. Of course, when walking next to the water, the vendors approach you, but it's not too annoying. Beachside, staff regularly offers us drinks, which is nice. Beach towels are comfy and bath towels are quite good. Drinking water is provided abundantly. Every day at around 7pm a housekeeper would come to our room to spray it with repellent. We had no bugs all week. The weekly poolside dinner had outstanding food! Things to watch out for: we're fine with it, but you may not be OK with many crows flying close to the tables and attempting to fetch food immediately after people leave their table. But this part is hard for the hotel to combat. However, there are some 5-10 cats wandering around the premises which are fed by the hotel (and by guests) - this is also fine by us, but may not be the case for others.

La atención del staff muy buena. Sin embargo, la manager me quería cobrar 25 € por un late check-out, en un hotel vacío y 15 € por dejar las maletas. Por ese motivo, cambié de hotel.

This is a lovely hotel, very comfortable bed, convenient location in Stone Town. The staff is very nice. However, we will never stay there again as we had major security problems. Items of ours were hidden so the staff could keep them once we left (we found my husband's had, lost my $80 sandals which were not in my suitcase at the next stop. Much worse, all the credit cards in my wallet were photographed and $20,000 charges attempted, which results in ALL my cards being cancelled. I would have been totally out of luck when I got to the next destination and had to rent a car.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is a short walk to the Forodhani Gardens and the former Slave Market. There are several restaurants closeby especially a very popular one Lukmaan. The area around the hotel is bustling in the day and quiet at night. A taxi cannot drive up to this property so you will to do a short walk through the streets to get there. The staff were friendly and always greeted us. They were helpful when we called for assistance with anything we needed to clarify with the room. The room was very clean and maintained throughout the day. The bathroom and bedding were clean. The common areas for breakfast and by the pool were also clean. Any messes in the common areas were cleaned promptly. The bed is a firm mattress but it was comfortable. The room was quiet at night and during the day we could only hear the fountain in the main area faintly. The wifi connection was strong while we were on the premises. The breakfast was delicious offering a variety of options that changed daily. It included meat, cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, local pastries as well as coffee and tea. They prepare eggs to your liking upon request. The pool is a decent size and calm. It has a short shallow end then becomes quite deep. Beware that there is no indication of how deep it at actually is. Overall, I think the price was fair for the quality of the stay. We had an enjoyable stay at Antonio Garden Hotel and would recommend this hotel for your stay in Zanzibar.
