The location is by far the strongest point, nearby tons of restaurants, the subway station and the downtown area. Having said this, I move now to the hotel itself: it's small which is good for me, that's convenient since I don't like too long going from my room to the street. The room is quirky: those 3 steps are funny, but can be certainly dangerous if distracted; the 2 showers in the huge bathroom are a nice feature (interesting when it comes to the full body window pointing to the bed), but the low water pressure is a big downer since 2 of their 3 modes are pretty much useless. The sink and the countertop around it is huge and comes pretty handy, I loved that (I hate it when I don't have an square inch to place my razor, for example, not the case here). The bed and pillows were comfortable and the curtains are really a blackout feature, so I slept really well without any noises coming from outside, that was great. The AC was very cold -- I tried playing around with the remote, but no luck. I didn't reach the staff for help, that's on me. The media entertainment system wasn't anything to write home about. Most of the channels are in French, which for a foreigner that only speaks its native language and English makes it difficult to find something enjoyable. Plus it doesn't support streaming, so I couldn't use my YouTube or other applications as I normally do when travelling. I overall give a 7.5 out of 10 because the price is very competitive.

Nous avons fait la réservation à 5 heures et ensuite ils m'ont dit que je devais faire le check-in à 4 heures, nous sommes arrivés et il n'y avait personne à la réception, et ils disent que la réception est 24h ce qui est un mensonge car personne ne nous a reçus, le code de sécurité pour la porte était le mauvais et donc nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans la chambre, nous avons dû chercher un autre endroit, j'ai composé le téléphone plusieurs fois et personne n'a répondu, parce que je ne pouvais pas entrer je n'ai pas pu faire le check-out, ceci sans remboursement, une arnaque. Hicimos la reservación a las 5 y luego me decían que tenía que hacerla el check-in a las 4, llegamos y no había nadie en recepción, y dicen que la recepción es 24h lo cual es mentira porque nadie nos recibió, el código de seguridad para la puerta era la incorrecta y por ello no pudimos entrar a la habitación, tuvimos que buscar otro lugar, marqué al teléfono varias veces y nadie respondía, debido a que no pude entrar tampoco pude hacer el check-out, esto sin rembolso, una estafa.

Disfrutamos una gran estancia en Montreal, un lugar precioso y lleno de arte. La habitación súper cómoda y moderna. Sin duda regresaremos
