I stayed here for three days. Overall, it’s a hotel that’s all show and no substance—it’s overly money-driven and commercial. The grounds are also spacious, so I think families with children can enjoy themselves without getting bored. The problem is the lack of staff and facilities capable of handling such a large number of guests. The biggest problem is the elevators: despite having hundreds of rooms, there are only three elevators, and only one of them was actually working. When I called the concierge, they gave me a false explanation that it was under maintenance. I had a terrifying experience where I pressed the button for my floor only to get trapped inside the elevator. If it really was under maintenance, they should have posted a sign saying so; instead, they just gave a flimsy, made-up excuse on the spot without even acknowledging the malfunction. The check-in counter was constantly crowded, and even though I thought I had already entered my name, phone number, and other information online, I was asked to fill out a paper form again. Even though there were only three or four groups ahead of me, the process took over
