Our stay at The Peninsula Shanghai was truly outstanding. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right on The Bund, with easy access to the city’s main attractions and incredible skyline views. The room was enormous, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable, perfectly blending classic style with modern luxury. Every detail — from the bedding to the technology — was thoughtfully designed to make our stay effortless and relaxing. The facilities throughout the hotel are superb, from the lobby to the spa and restaurants, maintaining the high standards you’d expect from The Peninsula brand. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help, with genuine kindness and professionalism.
