Literal sales del hotel directo a espiar te tienen el servicio de lo mejor me encantó aunque el restaurante todos los días se equivocaban en algo el servicio fue muy bueno

LA RESERVACION QUE HICE POR EXPEDIA FUE DE DOS HABITACIONES CON DOS CAMAS MATRIMONIALES CADA UNA; PARA CUATRO PERSONAS POR HABITACION Y LAS HABITACIONES SOLO TENIAN UNA CAMA KING SIZE Y UN SOFA, LO CUAL FUE INCOMODO; NOS COMENTARON QUE ESE PROBLEMA ES DE EXPEDIA. POR LO QUE QUEDO EN ESPERA DE SU RESPUESTA Y EN SU CASO UNA BOPNIFICACION OP REEMBOILSO YA QUE FUE MUY COSTOSO EL HOTEL Y SIMPRE HACEMOS COMPRAS DE VUELOS Y RESERVACIONES DE HOTELES POR ESTA APP. GRACIAS, ESPERO SU RESPUESTA.

We stay regularly at El dorado when coming to Santa Fe (we just stayed here a month ago) and we always enjoy it. This time they were less crowded. Staff is always friendly and its location it’s perfect to walk around!

It’s not the first time we stay at la posada but define toy may be our last. The resort fee they charge is money wasted, our car took always at least 20 mins to be ready whenever we asked for it, the gym keep turning off the machines (our guess is that the breakers went down) so you could not take a run continuously. As for the check in they did not tell me that they were going to charge my guarantee credit card once it reached 1000, and I found out that when doing my check out where they insisted to keep the credit card charge instead of charging the card that I wanted (a debit card). When finally they managed to put the note and charge where I wanted , 6 days after I found out that they charged me more than the folio they gave me! So now I have to call them to clarify that! What a nightmare! Perhaps they were understaffed or I don’t know but definitely this time was a very bad experience
