Vacaciones románticas en Isla Ford

We chose this hotel mainly because of its pool, and in that regard, it met our expectations. The room's design and décor are beautiful and well thought out. However, our experience was affected by several important issues. First, the beds were quite uncomfortable. The mattresses felt worn out and lacked cushioning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another issue was the pool area. While the pool itself is nice, there were a large number of cockroaches around it, especially in the evenings, which made the area unpleasant and did not meet the standard we expected from the hotel. The most disappointing part was how the hotel handled a lost item. My son accidentally left his cap in the room, so I called the hotel to let them know that a family member would stop by later that day to pick it up. They placed me on hold while they checked with housekeeping and eventually confirmed that they had found it. When my family member arrived, he was kept waiting for about 30 minutes, and in the end, he was told they no longer had the cap. This is not about the value of a cap, it is about trust. It is very concerning that the hotel first confirmed the item had been found and then, when someone arrived to collect it, claimed they no longer had it. Situations like this create the impression of poor accountability and make it difficult to trust how the hotel handles guests' belongings, both during their stay and after check-out, if something is accidentally left behind.
