Vacaciones románticas en Islandia Occidental

The stay was fine. We stayed in the artisan building and I just felt like it was not as nice as the main hotel building . The room looked more worn and in need of maintenance as opposed to a pristine room before . It was also a complicated checkin process as the room was a few blocks away from the main building where we were dropped off so we had to haul all of our luggage to the room. There should be an easier way to inform this so we can go straight to the room

The hotel was very good and the manager Julio was very helpful and very kind. The hotel is very well located. I recomend to stay there.

Everything seemed to be in order for a typical stay. You're not really within walking distance of the main shopping districts and the view out the window was right over a traffic circle so you're getting noise all night. The place was clean and I liked that they had setup a full dining room table setup with plates. That was a nice touch. Checkout was at 10:00AM, not 11:00AM. Wasn't too much of a bother as we were planning to exit at 10:15AM anyway, but I thought we had that extra hour. Directions to the unit were confusing. They went to great lengths to provide a very detailed writeup of how to get into the unit with the door passcode. However, we did get confused, and used the pass code to get into the unit only to find out that they were using the same passcode for two different buildings. So we thought we were in the right building, opened the door to our unit, and there's some family sitting there looking at us. So then I called and they picked up and guided us to the correct building. Lastly, they say parking is always available. I'm not sure what they mean by that as it's not always available. I had to park quite a distance away.
