First room AC’s not working

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Lexington Elwood Hotel & Suites, which I booked through your website from January 7th to January 9th, 2025 After a long journey that began at 3:00 am, I arrived at the hotel looking forward to taking a relaxing bath in the tub. However, upon entering the bathroom, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the area around the soap dish to be in a state of poor cleanliness, with visible mold present. I reported this issue to the front desk staff the following day and requested that the bathroom be cleaned. Unfortunately, upon returning to my room, I found that the issue had not been addressed. Given the subpar cleanliness and service I experienced during my stay, I would like to request a compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. I would appreciate it if this compensation could be credited to my (link unavailable) account through the app, in the form of a voucher or credit towards a future booking. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and service from a hotel, especially one that I booked through your website. The host was very friendly and Sadie (dog) was adorable

Extraordinario hotel con gran infraestructura y estilo, pero el estado del colchón hizo que la estadía fuera una pesadilla. Sugiero cambiar los colchones de todas las habitaciones!

Nothing about this hotel will surprise you, but the breakfast is terrible. I paid $41 for two breakfasts and it was meager, with no drinks, and more expensive than the breakfast menu itself. It makes no sense.
