Viajes Baratos en Paseo del Lago Miseno

The hotel is located across the Pompei excavations so it's very practical to get around. You have a wonderful Pompei view from the restaurant. The room is very old and basic but does the job. It was clean but they used a lot of air freshner which made us sneeze a lot. The hotel has a free parking place. It is also near the train station if you want to visit other places around. For instance, we visited Herculaneum, which we believe it is way better than Pompei. After visiting it, seeing Pompei the next day was a waste of time. The hotel serves breakfast but you have only 2 drinks included, which we found weird. The receptionists were kind and helpful. There were nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

Overall it was OK. Rooms are a 3* not a 4* hotel. Beds are not great and it’s cold at night because we could not shut 2 one window in the room (too high up) and one window in the bathroom for the same reason. Breakfast was very good. We stayed 2 nights. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night; it was not up to our expectations at all. The pasta was uneatable. The resort had an amazing little farm my kid enjoyed, unfortunately it the only amenity he could enjoy... The outside pool was not heated in this time of year (November) and there’s no horse - pony riding on the weekends. I wish they mentioned that on the website. I suggest they mentioned that, specially if you have kids. They get bored with the ruins of Pompei and we picked the resort to compensate him. I’m glad at least the Service was a 5*
