It was a great choice! The hotel is beautiful. We paid for the Excellence Club upgrade, and it was totally worth it. The restaurants are good. Surprisingly, Magna (the Excellence Club exclusive restaurant) was not our favorite. It was good, but not quite what we expected given the premium experience. Food-wise, it was a mixed experience. At the end of the day, it’s an all-inclusive resort, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The Asian restaurant, the Indian restaurant, and the breakfast buffet were all very good. Some of the other restaurants could use improvement, especially the room service menu, which was the weakest food experience during our stay. It was particularly disappointing since the same menu is also served at the Excellence Club pools. The staff is incredibly friendly, and several people truly stood out for their exceptional service: Jorge, Claudy, Ariela, and Yosaina. The entertainment and activities were also very good. I would have loved to see more variety in the wellness offerings, particularly yoga and Pilates classes. Most yoga sessions were basic 30-minute classes in the evening, and additional options throughout the day would have been a great enhancement. Our room was excellent: comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would happily return.

La atención es increíble, te hacen sentir especial en todo momento. Pero las instalaciones no están tan nuevas, y las fotografías que se muestran son de un área VIP por la que hay que pagar un adicional.
