“this is not for faint of heart, there is 2 floors and 2 long stairways to get to them,is hard for anyone with heart disease or shortness of breathe to go up and down for any long period of time. The owners take awhile to respond to messages, they want you to strip the bed linens when u leave and start dishwasher, i thought people were paid to do that, but the condos are beautiful.”

“This property is super clean, spacious and ideal for small groups or families. The kitchen is super well stocked and has everything you'd need to prepare meals or snacks. The beds are all comfortable including the sofa bed. The A/C is excellent given they are all window units. We enjoyed our stay and made it easily back and forth from the dunes, Glen Arbor and Traverse City. If you're having a tough time finding a place in either of those cities and several others, this is an ideal option!”

“We had an excellent stay. The rooms and beds satisfied our needs perfectly. Being close to downtown Suttons Bay was great. I can’t think of any negatives. About only issue we ran into was two communications giving 2 different passwords for WiFi usage. We got the correct one left with the welcome information. Great property, highly recommend.”
