“It is clear that the rooms do not receive deep cleaning in between guests, as there was notable buildup, residue, splatter on everything that doesn’t typically get cleaned (window, chairs, walls, light switches, etc). The bare minimum cleaning and sanitizing is done. The walls are paper thin (avoid joint room at all costs). Although the staff was excellent and polite, just need a cleaning lesson.”

“Was in pretty gross condition. Had water dripping from the ceiling over the toilet in the bathroom. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. One of the mattresses had a huge indentation down the middle - making it hard to sleep. To top it off there was a wad of chewing gum on the carpet between the two beds. I gave amenities only a "poor", only because we didn't use anything.”

“Unfortunately this is not a great hotel option. The hotel itself (lobby, elevator, hallways) was not clean at all. The room itself would have been an okay option but it was dirty to the point there was red splatter dripping down the wall behind that bed that looked like dry blood. I also unfortunately did not feel safe, I did not feel like it was monitored who was coming in and out of the hotel, with lots of unhoused population hanging around inside and outside.”
