“Hotel staff is friendly and they require you to give them your key so it doesn’t get lost but there’s almost no one at the receptionist desk. “There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

“The property was all but out of business. You shouldn't even list this property. $40 a night, it shouldn't be $10. The first night they put us in the worst room we have ever been in. Bed, cold shower, sink and crappy AC. No desk as listed, no mirror, no sheet or blanket, no towels, no tp, no bidet, no soap, there was basicly nothing. AND THE BEACH CLOSED AT 7PM. To cal this place a sesot is a joke. The worst thing is we did not get the wifi password until the last night of a 3 night stayand...
