“The lobby is big and expansive, breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are large however you can tell that they are old. The carpet is well worn. Room is clean but with the old carpet it doesn't feel as clean. Well situated near The Podium and Megamall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is great!”

“The place is very peaceful and relaxing. Great to spend time with family.”

“Aclaro era fin de semana largo. Pasaba la tormenta Nalgae. El servicio en el restaurante en la noche fue pésimo. Estando vacío el tiempo de espera fye de 45 minutos. Pedí comida al cuarto de li que habia en el menú pero no lo tenían disponible. Terminé cenando un café y un pedazo de cake. El servicio del café siempre fue eficiente La habitaciones ampluas. Buen aire acondicionado. ”

“The location is perfect for the view of Taal volcano and lake. The room was comfortable but some items were missing such as toilet paper. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would happily pass it as a suggestion to others ”

“We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance.”

“The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. I expected much more and left feeling that my money was wasted. Unfortunately, I would not...
