“Jude provided great details and recommendations to help prepare for our stay. He was also very responsive to our questions. The condo had extra amenities that I haven't seen elsewhere (bathroom rugs, curling iron in each bathroom, games and dvds). This is also in a great location near beaches as well as a local grocery store and shipping area with live music and great restaurants. ”

“Overall the property was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Each room having a bathroom was great. Having AC was wonderful. We took our 8 month old and having the portable playpen for him to sleep and play was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend staying here for any family. ”

“The cliffs at Princeville were amazing! They had a spot you could watch the sunset with the view of the ocean, it was absolutely stunning. In unit washer and dryer was super convenient. Unit was bigger than expected for the price. Front desk staff were friendly and super helpful.”

“We were celebrating our 36th anniversary coming back to Kauai. The apartment in Princeville was great, comfortable and spacious. The only problem was traffic. The building was right off the main road and the first night was really noisy. We made sure windows were closed the second night/much better. The roosters crowing were the only disturbance. “Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. ”
