“Nice room with beautiful views!”

“Very nice condo, clean, comfortable and It had everything we needed (good kitchen, beach and snorkeling gear..) I specially liked to see the trees and views from the balcony as well as the neighbourhood overall. There is a small beach 5-10 mins walk where you can do snorkeling and see some coral and turtles. Things to keep in mind: -the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. -the parking spot is shared with the condo un front.”

“This condo was perfect for our Kauai trip. The view is stunning and we were able to see turtles almost every day. The location is also great for many activities like going to a Luau, kayaking to Secret Falls, and is also walking distance to the Coconut Market Place. We would love to stay here again in the future.”

“The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed...

“Just beautiful and relaxing”

“Great location and complex and beautiful grounds. The AC was wonderful and it did feel homey. But the toilet seat falls off every time you sit on it and is pretty dangerous also the bathroom fan makes the scariest noise I’ve ever heard like an angry elephant. Easy fixes to make for a better experience”

“The Cliffs resort is very nice and has lots of amenities. This is a nice end unit with lots of light and breezes. New owner has been updating unit and has more projects planned.”

“The condo was as advertised. It was just right for my husband and I. Check-in went very well, thanks to Lani's detailed instructions. We were so pleased with the accommodations - the bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding made for good sleeping. The location was great and we enjoyed the nearby Foodland grocery and Ace Hardware.
