The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! “The room was super warm and humid. The windows couldn't shut fully and had incects coming in. The opposite of the property have chickens and dogs that will make noise super early in the morning. There were some lion dance practices till late at night. The room have no poles/hooks to hang stuff. Only have a small row of hooks behind the door. The property wall had tissue paper stuffed in it and multiple defects on the wall. The property has very noisy flooring, I can hear everyone walking...

“Beautiful hotel in an old restored house. 10 min walking from Komtar. Good wifi. It is important to know that bathrooms are outside the room. Every room has its own bathroom buy you have to walk outside the room to reach it. They tried to give me a room just beside the reception( 2 single beds)though I booked a queen bedroom.After waiting for 40 min and after several calls they decided to upgrade. Anyway that room shouldn't be offered.”
