“Vuokrasimme huoneiston Expedian kautta puoli vuotta etukäteen. Kun saavuimme perille, varausta ei mukamas ollutkaan. Olin maksanut varauksen jo puoli vuotta etukäteen Expedialle. Majoituspaikalla sanottiin, että he eivät olleet saaneet maksua, mutta haluamamme huoneet olivat kyllä vapaat, hinta oli vain kolminkertainen alkuperäiseen hintaan verrattuna. Lopulta vuokrasimme huoneet tuplahintaan. Expedian tai Coral Bay Resortin yhteistyö asiakkaan näkökulmasta on huonoa.”

“Absolutely hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything was perfect. The villa itself is stunning and in a fabulous location. The staff are just so lovely and friendly and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Eunice made sure our stay was flawless and helped us organise snorkelling, transfers and massages. Beth was a great waitress who learned very quickly what we liked and when! And a massive shout out to Felix and George who kept me and the kids very full and...
