“Room had a musty smell. Extremely bright in the room from the lights shining in from the carpark & the sun in the morning (so pack an eye mask). Walls are thin - can hear your neighbours & cars.
There wasn’t any toilet paper in the room & there was no housekeeping so I had to go buy some. Bed was relatively comfortable & shower good - which is all I really needed.
15 min walk to Salamanca square. So decent location if weather is good.”

“I was told to book on the sunday and come at 12pm there was a bed in a dormitory for me. I arrive to the guy who was suppose to be in reception outside smoking. I called the mobile number it was the same guy who was outside smoking, he came in and said to me we do not take bookings Sundays after telling me on the phone to book and come. I wasted money on ubers because he wouldn't give me my bed that I had paid for. Absolutely terrible service. He couldn't care less.”

“Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.”
