“Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!!
The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room.
5 star for the hotel staffs”

“Stayed here for a week. You’ll have everything you need. Nice accommodation, excellent service and amazing staff. The view is one of the best I’ve seen so far. Location seemed remote but they can facilitate easy transportation to get you where you need to go. Highly recommended, if you’re coming to Puerto Galera.”

“Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. So there were 4 of us who showed up for the room. I was expecting I would be charged for the 2 extra people but they didn’t charge me. The location is very nice if you want a quiet place to relax. We had the whole beach to ourselves most of the time but not advisable if you have kids because the ocean is...

“It’s a great family atmosphere here. The staff are amazing. We ate here a few times too and was very happy with the food, especially the fresh fish.
We found it a bit noisy at times.
This is the only hotel with back up generators if the power goes down.
Loved the staff here. Very helpful.”

“The property is in the heart of gorgeous location, and it's so relaxing ambiance. The view is to die and kill for 😃. The room are well thought of interior design, and built for ease and quiet. Total relaxation, and it's a breath of fresh air so literally. The staff are pleasant, friendly, provides above and beyond excellent customer service. It's a paradise where my husband and I don't want leave. We will be back, and will tell all our friends and family of how lucky we are to have found this...
