“The condo was nice and looked clean at first glance. However, there was grime on ALL of the kitchen cabinet pulls and the drawers in the bathroom had debris in them, the fitted sheet in the master bedroom had a stain on it.
The person who rented the unit before us must have had a party. There was some tinsel on the carpet and a deflating ballon behind the curtains leading to balcony.

“Hanalei es espectacular. El hotel es mas un airbnb "self-service" q un resort/hotel. No tiene AC y hay q sacar la basura personalmente y el servicio de limpieza es cada 3/4 dias. El hotel tiene mucho sabor local y hay areas que tienen unas vistas increíbles. No hay restaurante. Premium Ocenview resultó ser una habitación en la parte de atras ya que no era Oceanfront...definitivamente eso no lo esperaba. La pasamos muy bien y esta muy cerca de una playas espectaculares! ”

“The condo was beautiful and we were very happy. I was disappointed that our condo was over sn hour of our check in tme, which was supposed to be 3:00. Not only that, but we had no cell phone access in the condo. I finally went outside with barely enough bars and reached your emergency person and she was great.i told her that the scan of the bar wasn't working. I believe her name was Kelly and she went out of her way and got the info needed. I asked for a late check out and was given 11:00....

“Beautiful property and clean. You're only given 2 rolls of tp for a whole week, so byotp. A few maintenance issues, but they had a hurricane a few weeks prior, so maybe that's the delay. Shopping and dining within 5 miles of the condo, which was convenient.”

“We had an incredible visit. However, the place was a bit outdated and the cleaners seemed to be rushed as we found fake eye lashes on the floor in the bathroom and pillows on the ground behind the couch. A clean window would have been awesome too--the view of the golf course was pretty wonderful:] If you need a dark room to sleep in, bring a mask! It gets bright in the Master, early. All in all, it was a good deal and we had a great time! Aloha.”

“NO AC so be prepared for that. Get a portable unit in June/July or it will be a bad trip. The view was nice from the balcony. Area pretty nice. Room showed it had a washer/dryer but did not. So we had to do our laundry at the machines which cost. The fridge door is rusted out and we had to kick the lower part just to make it close. “The communication is the only thing I'd mention. During our stay I called the number that was provided and received no answer. Had to email. The last day we were there I'm assuming a maintenance man showed up and just walked into the condo at about 7am, because he was told that it was open all day even though our check out wasn't until 10am.”
