At the Restaurant, the workers speak only their own language and the service is not good, the ones at my staying, were distracted and I had to stand up to look for the menú, to look for the waiters, they were not busy, but distracted; while taking the Neal order, they rather bring...

“Artisan complimentarty breakfasts brought to your room or poolside location. They even made it early (6am) one day as we left hotel for a day's adventure. Hotel rooms have no windows. AC worked splendidly all 5 days. Pool was being filled the day we arrived. Nightlife music BOOMs @ pool. Pool clarity & color got murky green on day 3?!? Showers were comforting in July after the nozzle obstructions were removed. Fireworks on 4th were lacking...but oh yah it's Haiti bro. For missionaries its fine ....

“The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine.
Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane.
Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...
