“飯店本身很有特色，上去阿里山森林博物館觀看介紹阿里山影片時候，還會看到奮起湖大飯店創始人及晚上螢火蟲導覽員（應該是飯店創始人的女兒）接受訪問，很有歷史的一個地方。員工有一個年輕櫃檯男生，英文很流利及禮貌向外國客人介紹，感覺素質很高。 不過奮起湖附近停車，及交通比較不清楚，希望可以做清楚標示。”

“This was a really great experience! Just a 5 minute walk up and down the hill from the bus stop, this stay has it's own vegetable garden, great views of the tea fields, trail access, and beautiful points to watch the sunrise and set. The staff were very helpful, spoke English, and helped plan a day trip for you, especially helping figure out public transit. The hot pot dinner (extra cost though very reasonable) was delicious and the breakfast (included) was also very yummy. Highly recommend...

“这个民宿在周边民宿中算是鹤立鸡群，楼看起来就比较高级，周边茶园景观也很好。工作人员非常友好热情，晚上可以预定小火锅，超值美味卫生，非常值得。需要改进的问题是被子非常不舒服，king size的床配了个twin size的被子，并且被子和被罩极不服贴，稍微睡一下就被芯和床单分离，各揉成一团，很不舒服。另外没有冷气空调，虽然高山上温度不高，但夏季出去玩回来没法降温，只能靠风扇。希望将来能改进。总体来说还是很不错的。”

I had to take my case and bags with me to walk along all stairs ( no elevator), this would be hard for seniors and people with disabilities.
