“La propiedad se encuentra en una localización muy tranquila y se puede disfrutar muy bien la playa , el hotel muy bonito y los jardines hermosos, al igual la comida deliciosa, sin embargo su limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, del baño salía un olor muy desagradable y las paredes del baño con un poco de moho tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran de nuevo, se ven instalaciones un poco dañadas sobre todo el baño y muebles un poco viejos. ”

“We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.”

“Excellent hotel, fantastic service and attencion to detail. Only slight downside was I thought that some of the restaurent dishes were overpriced in terms of taste and some of the buffet food wasnt that tasty.
I must mention that we were very pleased with the small things like our wedding anniversary gift, wifi speed and accomodating nature of the staff.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful resort, well maintained, nice pool bar and very good restaurants. The spa amenities were great and beach is just a 5 minute walk where you can relax with a cold drink at the starfish beach shack! And the best part is the stuff, super friendly and helpful, would definitely come back!”

“Excellent hotel. It has all the amenities and great location. You have restaurants inside with variety and even some music shows at night, there is also a beach club. On the beach a few steps away (outside the hotel) you can find kayaks, banana boats, all very fun, we kayaked for $1000 rupees for an hour at an incredible sunset. At the hotel you have a bicycle rental for 200 rupees p/h, this allows you to go out and explore the local markets. The whole area is very beautiful, you have great...

“Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the...

“Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website
The rooms were not clean or maintained
The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard
The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
Hot water was not working in the room

“I stayed at the Azaya Beach Resort and originally booked a 7-night stay. However, due to the extremely poor condition of the hotel and multiple safety concerns, I checked out the following day and booked another hotel instead.
Upon check-in, the shower in my room was not working. I informed the staff and asked them to fix it while I went out for dinner. When I returned, nothing had been repaired, and worse, my room had been left unlocked with three laptops, my passport, and other valuables...

“Pros: Las instalaciones estan impecables. Playa muy linda. La comida en almuerzo y cena es riquisima.
Cons: El desayuno es muy limitado. El servicio de internet pago es muy malo. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto ofrecido por el hotel es muy caro (casi ridiculo). El personal puede mejorar (exepto mosos en restaurant). Tragos malos.”

“The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. It was very...
