“A good hotel but some things are not immediately obvious from the property description. The hotel is on a university campus, surrounded by University accommodation. Breakfast is not provided in the hotel itself but in a university cafeteria across the road, but most significantly this may not be open over a weekend, so if you book on a weekend all you may get may be a grab and go breakfast bag. As long as you are aware of this when booking you should be OK as no real criticism of the hotel...

“I was not there for business.However if 10 stars were availble for each section of feedback ,i would award them.Iwas impressed with every aspect.The staff were superb.I spoke to other guests and they were full of praise for the staff and all facilities.l didn t want to laeve as it was so comfotable and welcoming.Totally brilliant.”

“Nice breakfast, parking is a tight for the number of rooms but ok if you arrive for a early check in.Speaking of the check in it states a time 12 noon but this is not correct,we arrived at 1pm only to be told that is to early but our room was ready so no problem for us and able to park ok.”

“The room was newly refurbished but it was not cleaned properly. I found packets of white powder behind furniture( suspected drugs); there was long dark hair in bed anf on the floor; booked well in advance and requested for roller bed only to be told there we taken offered to another occupant & had to make kids beds on the floor (fortunately we brought extra bedding); sharing the shower cubicle with 2 other families was not ideal; i sneezed the whole weekend from the electric diffusers but it...
