“Great location near Southern Pines. Walking distance to several restaurants. weymouth Woods hiking trails literally two blocks away. Only a few minutes away from the Golf Course that we played. I would probably paint the front fence and do some things in the yard for curb appeal. Inside /older home but clean and you get what is advertised. Appliances, air-conditioning, all the important things have been updated/ large suite upstairs that we gave to our friends to stay in and they really enjoyed...

“Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“Cutest little house!”

“Great stay, clean, close to everything, couldn't reccomend enough”

“Great property exactly as listed perfect for a golf trip.”

“This is a phenomenal property. Close to everything you want or need. Large enough for big family gathering, with space enough that all feel free to gather yet not on top of each other. Well equipped property. Love it, and can't wait to come back!”

“This beautiful home is located within walking distance to downtown and a beautiful park for kids to enjoy. The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were all new. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with extra fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I did not bring my dog, but this is an extra bonus if you need to bring yours.”

“It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.”

“The house was awesome with everything we needed. Mike was superb with communication from the moment of booking to departure. Would definitely recommend this property if you are in the pinehurst area. Excellent.”

“This cottage is exceptional; it is very clean, refurbished and comfortable including new kitchen appliances and personal touches in every room; just right for a small family, 2-3 couples or friends' getaway. Back deck and firepit include everything needed for outdoor meals and entertaining. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown Southern Pines... hope to return next time in the area! ”

“2nd time staying here, convenient location, would stay here again”

“We had a wonderful weekend . The house was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. The house is located very close to the downtown area and very close to all the golf courses. Check-in was easy. I would highly recommend staying there. I felt the price was extremely fair and the hosts really put a lot of thought into making it comfortable. We will be back.”
