“Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. “Cozy home, stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do in Ashville. Home was stocked with coffee and tea which was really appreciated. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck. ”

“My wife and thought the neighborhood was safe and the entrance to the property easy to find and a good distance from the main house tucked away at the back of the property. The house was cute, nicely laid out wit all of the conveniences taken care of. Absolutely loved the cotton bedding, it massively lifts the appeal of any place we stay. We not polyester lovers :) The area the cottage was quiet and we totally felt safe. We look forward to coming back again soon ”

“We stayed here over a holiday weekend that I ended up having emergency surgery BUT there were 2 excellent recliners that were perfect & comfortable for me to be in. Who would have expected that! She also provided pump hand soap! I alway have to go buy hand soap my first day of vacay so that was a nice touch. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. I would definitely recommend & we would stay here again. ”

“Very secluded mountain getaway. Make sure you have your groceries before you arrive, because you won't want to leave home. It was so quiet, and the birds singing songs before sunrise were just priceless! Would love to stay here again. Highly recommended. ”

“Nice house. Obviously tastefully designed and decorated for an open, uncluttered feel. Noticed lots of ownership tlc. Rural setting with open space but still a feeling of privacy. The sound of the creek was very relaxing and very little daylight time was spent inside. Wide range of dining in the area and we enjoyed going out from diner style to fine dining. Really good six days for us.”
