“A lovely find in Laurencekirk. Great base lots of interesting places to visit nearby.Kirsty was very helpful and informative. Lovely walks roundabout for the dogs, and a park about 150 yard’s away. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfortable, lovely fluffy towels, Great hot shower, quiet location.”

“The inside of the property is very nice, but I was a tad nervous about the location once we arrived. Loved having three rooms. Water pressure was good. Bed comfort was decent. Booking via third party wasn't the easiest to get check-in info. ”

“Cozy.”

“Boiler really need to update, still old style manually start heat for 2 hours timers, if forgot to turn on then cold water or wait hours to get hot water, mattress on bunk beds v springy and lumpy, need to be update.”
