“This is not just a place with a bed and a bath, but was an experience. It starts with the peaceful setting that is a bit off the beaten path. Next are all the bright interior colors that have been used throughout. There are a lot of interesting pictures and items on the walls that give one the impression that you are a visitor in someone’s home. “Great property! Beautiful house and a beautiful countryside. The owner Gray was very communicative and responded quickly to our needs. The game room was a popular room. A lot of places (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a movie theater) are a 5 minute drive. A note to renters: the building itself is actually three different rentals, so make sure you are going to the right front door. ”

“Great place to stay, stayed here quite a few times over the last year or so, has everything you need, always clean and tidy. Never had any issues staying there. Good local amenities all within walking distance.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. ”

“The property is excellent and very clean. It is roomier than it appears from the pictures. The bed is very comfortable and warm, just right for a good night's sleep after exploring Arran. The cottage is extremely well equipped and ideally located for the small village of Lamlash, a few minutes walk to a Coop supermarket, restaurants, hotels and cafes.
