Villa was absolutely brilliant, clean, bright & well maintained. Spread over 3 levels which was plenty of space for us all. Kitchen was well equipped and it was lovely to have a full range of glasses to choose from. Location was great, 10 minutes walk to the beach, bars & restaurants. We also managed to get the free bus to Aqualand (pick up outside Duke shopping centre, less than 5 minutes walk) and back again. Daria (host) was very responsive to our questions before & whilst we were there. Would definitely give this villa 5 stars. We will definitely be returning.

Very nice!

We had a very pleasant stay in this nice luxury villa. The only thing that could have been better were the showers, water pressure was mediocre and temperature changes a lot during use.

Wonderful stay

We spent one week at Darias house no 29 and had a lovely time there. The house is spacious and was sparkling clean, most of the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The location is great, short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Daria responded very quickly to any issues we had.

great property

Fantastic spacious villa in a gated complex, great central location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were quickly resolved by Daria and her team.

We were in a similar villa 5 years ago (on the next street) and the comparison moment was great - but this time very negative . When we arrived at the house, there was no electricity, we were waiting for an electrician with small children. Then it turned out that the air conditioner does not work in the rooms. On the second day, we discovered cockroaches and plenty of ants outside - the insect repellents arrived. Ants in the rooms were constant guests. The outside terrace was not cleaned, because it was impossible to get the legs of a small child completely clean after crawling. The slats of the door frame were fixed with tape, the LED lamps were removed from under the handrail, and the glue constantly stuck to the children's hands. The switches in the living room were not safe - when you turned on the lights, it crackled. Constant problem solving ruined the rest. We forgot the domino game when we left the house, it wasn't financially expensive - but we couldn't find it - although it was left on the dining table. After all, the cockroaches took it away😂

Great location

The villa is an excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarket. The villa was clean although it did have some minor maintenance issues which would benefit from being fixed ie. drawer missing from fridge, dishwasher door not closing properly and tipping, hot water takes a long time to come through in showers. Biggest disappointment was the charge of £500 for late check out, which was different from advertised. I would recommend the information on the villa details be updated to reflect.

Great villa with great location

Great location near the shopping centers and beautiful beach playa del duque. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The villa was nice and clean and with lot of space both indoors and outdoors. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this villa to everyone.

Lovely villa - great location

The villa was lovely, very spacious and clean and in a great location near to shops and restaurants. The finish of the villa was generally ok but a couple of things could use some work/maintenance. A cot and high chair was provided which was great for families with younger children. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for bigger groups.

Ten adults on tour to Tenerife

Very good, could easily have been excellent but for a few small niggles. The property is magnificent in concept and design and very spacious just let down a little with some areas of poor finish. Location is brilliant with shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep with beaches just a short walk away. A five star rating could have so easily been achieved.

Excellent Villa, amazing location

We have just spent a great week at this villa, we are a family of 10 ranging from 60 to 3 years old,. the villa has 2 sun terraces so you are able to enjoy the sun all day long, it was very clean, it’s situated in a quiet location but just 10 minutes stroll to the beach and 5 minutes to the playa del duque shopping centre, The host Darcia was very helpful giving us all the information we needed. We will definitely be returning again.
