The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy.
The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful.

Little welcome biscuit and we also had a fresh slice of banana bread/cake supplied on the second day.
