“House keeping was good. Room was small and pretty tired. Bath hand basin sink plug broken and toilet seat would not stay up. Staff polite but not very customer focused. Just did their job! Breakfast was disappointing. Advertised as ‘continental’ but fell short of what we were expecting. Parking good. Plenty of space”

“Lovely clean and tidy hotel. The rooms look refurbished and were spotless. We had the family room which was bigger than we were expecting. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The staff were pleasant. Parking plentiful. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon etc.) was included. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Perfect for our stay.”

“The hotel is very nice and the staff very kind and nice too. The room was kind of small and we could hear the noise of the room from the top up of us, so it wasn’t tranquil. The surroundings are so amazing. ”

“Lovely location. Friendly welcoming staff. Great guest experience from all members of staff. Fabulous food and beverages. Would definitely stay there again. Negatives if I'm being picky: We had to ask for sugar at breakfast every day and butter once. Trivial compared to the overall experience.”

“Nice room with balcony and distant sea view. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy some of the facilities on offer. Bathroom was pretty good with a shower over the bath. Controls were a little stiff and difficult, not at all intuitive to use but there was plenty of hot water. Bed was on the hard side but comfortable enough. My only complaint would be the distance between the bed and the wall making it difficult to get out, particularly at night. Not helped by the large picture...

“Great location, right near the pier and beach with welcoming reception and bar/restaurant area. Unfortunately hotel is a little run down and for those not staying in the main building, it felt rather underwhelming walking through the car park to another wing..”

“Such a lovely hotel and very helpful staff. The pool and spa was very relaxing. We had a garden room which opens out to the outdoor pool and has deck beds and a hot tub bath. Bed is super comfy too! A really enjoyable stay. Will definitely return.”
