Very convenient for Bristol airport. Bathroom was smart but could have done with a hook on the wall for the towel. The host brought some extra milk & cereals to the room. Very nice.
As points for improvement the mattress could be a bit harder and it would have been nice to be able to lock the door during the night.”

“Arrived pretty late but a warm welcome from the staff, the complimentary drink on arrival was well received and nice surprise. We stayed in the Langford Room which was amazing, lovely a clean, nice little things like the cookies and a welcome personalised note. Miles was excellent, spent time chatting with us and telling us about the area and where to go. Would highly recommend and will definately be back ”

“Really lovely apartment. Hadn’t expected separate sitting room but it proved perfect for entertaining my son and his friends for drinks before going out for dinner. Kitchen perfectly kitted out with espresso machine, microwave. Dishwasher and even champagne flutes. Slippers and robe another nice touch (robes are a bit small). This is our 3rd stay at an Urban Creations apartment and there is no need to look any further if staying in Bristol.”
