“August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. Lots of activities for all ages between 2 pools and game lodge.A note to baby boomers - found out the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival is only a 1 hour drive in Bethal,NY. Interesting museum there with artifacts and...

“We enjoyed the weekend getaway with family. The house was very cozy and the hostess was very kind. Thank you very much. ”

“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”

My son immediately set off to fish the Delaware at the bottle of the yard and hooked a nice brown…great way to start the vacation. The location is excellent…a short walk into town for restaurants, groceries etc. Overall a nice property!”
