“Top notch staff, super clean and well maintained facilities. cabin was perfect with lake side view. Great location on Grand Island..Close to Niagara Falls. Perfect stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“En general estuvo bien, lo único malo fue la calefacción y el internet, en ningún momento funcionaron, tuvimos mucho frío porque los conductos solo botaban aire frío. En varias ocasiones modificábamos el regulador central y ni así funcionó.”

“The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The...

“We had a great week at this house! If your kid is playing at Dreams Park it is the place to stay!! It is 2 minutes from the park and about 15 minutes from the hall of fame in Cooperstown. The host was responsive and great to work with!!”

“Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Conveinient to Cooperstown Dreams Park and very cozy.”

“Great place, but you can hear red everything going on outside your room with the restaurant downstairs and other people in the common area. But I’d definitely come back here”

“Great place for our team's trip to Cooperstown!”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

“Mattresses and couch were worn and a bit uncomfortable. Clean, Quiet. Attentive host”

“Great place to stay and very close proximity to Cooperstown!”

“Perfect for multiple families.”

“The house was gorgeous, amazing environment. The kitchen was fully equipped to the smallest detail you can think of!!”

“Great property for a large group. The house was clean, large, and well-equipped. The pictures don't exaggerate a thing. The outdoor areas were fantastic. We never left the property during our stay. Excellent feedback from the group. Expect to book again.”

“My friends and I had a great summer weekend at this place. The master bedroom is huge and has two very comfortable king-size beds. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the fans were enough to keep us comfortable. The property is beautiful overall, though the floors weren’t very clean and the refrigerator could have used a better cleaning.”

“Walking distance to stadiun”

“We had a wonderful time here. The house is cozy and the property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Our host was friendly and kind and kept open communication if we had any needs. We stayed 3 nights and in the end kind of regretted not booking for longer but this will only mean that we will book again. The nearby towns are easy to get to and very nice with nice shops. If you need food you don't have to drive far. We loved walking the property looking for frogs and newts. And if you have an...
