This beautiful recently renovated duplex in Agaete, Gran Canaria, offers a comfortable and welcoming retreat for families and groups of up to 6 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cooking basics, and wine glasses — everything you need for a self-catering stay. A full private bathroom with shower and hair dryer is also located on this floor, along with a private entrance and parking included within the property.

The upper floor features three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds, each with a balcony offering lovely sea views, and one with two single beds. A second private bathroom serves this floor.

Step outside onto the sun terrace to enjoy outdoor dining and furniture — perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or sharing al fresco meals with family and friends.

The duplex also includes free WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, ironing equipment, ceiling fans, bed linen and towels, and a baby crib available upon request. Pets are considered on request.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Gran Canaria airport is a 48-minute drive from the property.

For safety, there are exterior cameras (entrances). They do not record interiors or private areas, ensuring your total privacy.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.

Please remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, as well as your online guest registration.

Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.

In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.
