“We couldn’t have been happier with this darling VRBO. It was clean and spacious, and the owners were great. They even left snacks and drinks for our family. The location was perfect for what we needed as we had a few airport trips to make. We walked to a great restaurant and loved the charm of the area. ”

“We came to visit my dad who lives in LA but decided to stay in Santa Monica to be near the beach. Natalie (the owner) is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. We travelled with our adult son and although it’s a pretty small place, it was a perfect little get away location that had enough room for all of us. We will be back!”

“Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. Thanks a million for sharing your lovely retreat with us we hope to come back soon!”

“This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value.”

“This guest house was perfect for a quick vacation to Malibu. The room was comfy and the views were great. My only “complaint” although this was nothing major, there was some construction going on at the neighbors homes which made parking tricky at times. Despite the parking situation, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quaint getaway.”
