“Nice updated house. But the tenant situation is a little weird. You can see them everytime you enter/exit the house because they leave blinds open, and the kitchen and living room walls are shared. Could be better cleaned. Linens are not clean. We had a situation with dirty linens and a cleaning lady came (unannounced) to change them but those new sheets weren’t very clean either and there’s hairs on the box spring and under the headboard area looks like it’s not regularly cleaned. The key pad to the front gate is completely in the dark, the motion light shines on the other side of the fence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the bed although a climb to get in, was super comfortable! The apartment was very clean and everything you would need was right there.
