“I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian. The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different. The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic ”

“Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here.”

“I attended this hotel for a family wedding and have to say that every single staff member was absolutely fantastic, helpful and friendly, the hotel and grounds are beautiful and so picturesque you could spend all your hours just looking at the scenery! Our room was lovely and spacious, clean and inviting! If I had to pick one small improvement would be a small fridge in the room for cold drinks but that would be it! I would have no hesitation at all in staying at this hotel again in the future...
